Kirsten Hartvig is a medical herbalist, registered naturopath, nutritionist and writer, specialising in using easily available plants as food and medicine. She has been practising herbal medicine and naturopathy for over 30 years, and she is director of the Healing Garden, and curator of the Biodynamic Botanic Garden at Emerson College (BBGEC).
