  • Transport systems - heart, circulation, and lymph

  • More about earth, and the influence of light and darkness

  • Medicinal roots for transport systems

  • Making a medicine wheel

UNIT 3: LEAVES 1

  • Waste disposal - kidneys, lymph, intestines, skin, and breath

  • Medicinal leaves and the element of water

  • Making blood cleansing remedies

UNIT 4: LEAVES 2

  • Information processing, command and control
    - nervous systems, hormones, transmitters, and distributed brains

  • Medicinal leaves for nerves and hormones

  • Detox and fasting

  • Who is in control?

UNIT 5: FLOWERS 1

  • Movement - joints, muscles, balance, and coordination

  • Medicinal flowers and the element of air

  • Essential oils and spagyrics

UNIT 6: FLOWERS 2

  • Defence - skin, membranes, and immune system

  • Flower remedies for skin complaints and immunity

  • Making flower potpourris

UNIT 7: SEEDS 1

  • Growth, development, and reproduction

  • Medicinal fruits, berries, grains, beans, pulses, nuts, and seeds, and the element of fire

  • Making suppositories and pessaries

  • Herbal hormonal remedies

UNIT 8: SEEDS 2

  • Integration - homeostasis

  • Creating balance

  • Adaptogens and alteratives

  • Making fire cider, spice mixtures, oils, syrups, compots, and cordials
